infrared/thermal imaging

We're not Superman and we cannot see inside the walls! We do however, have state of the art equipment to find temperature anomalies through infrared thermography that could indicate missing insulation, mold, termites, water damage, and electrical problems in the main panel, heat loss from building penetrations and much much more. Septic Tank/Sewer Drainage Probing

We will begin by locating the tank and drain field, noting any signs of surface leakage, odors, or overly lush vegetation that may indicate system failure. We will check the tank’s access points and observe the liquid levels, looking for evidence of backup or poor drainage. If accessible, we inspect the baffles and check for sludge buildup. For the sewer drainage lines, we assess flow from the home’s drains to identify potential blockages, root intrusion, or pipe damage using a specialized camera scope. This evaluation helps ensure the system is functioning properly and not posing any health or structural risks to the property. $600

Mold & air quality testing

We use state of the art equipment to obtain samples of the mold growth to be analyzed by a certified lab. In most cases results are returned within 72 hours. Air Monitoring devices are used at all air registers and the return register of the H/VAC system to test for any mold or other pathogens that could be recirculating within the H/VAC system. $300
